CJF Realty Standardized Operating Procedures
1-Prospective customers shall only be required to show personal identification once it is determined they are ready, willing and able to fulfill the terms of a purchase or lease agreement.
2-Prospective customers shall only show proof of pre-approval for a loan/mortgage before an offer to purchase or lease can be submitted.
3-Prospective customers shall not be required sign to an agreement of exclusive broker representation until after they have shown three properties for sale/or lease that they requested as per their stated (written or verbal) requirement for the property they are seeking as it relates to price, location and property type they are interested in.
4- Prospective customers are required to sign non-disclosure/non-circumvention agreements for all properties shown.
5-CJF Realty and its sales and leasing representatives shall conduct themselves in a manner that does not discriminate as it relates to ones’ race, color, creed, ethnicity or sexual orientation.
6-CJF Realty and its sales and leasing representatives shall in all transactions conduct itself in a professional manner and maintain its fiduciary responsibilities to their clients.
